2. Orders

Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please review the order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of technical errors, pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, or any other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable VAT where required.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, typographical mistakes, technical issues, or product availability inaccuracies.

4. Payment

Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Delivery

All posters are printed to order following the completion of your purchase.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on workload, production schedules, material availability, and other circumstances.

If you would like information regarding current production or delivery times before placing an order, please contact us at shop@fbyelin.com.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of unforeseen technical issues, production interruptions, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Should this occur, the customer will be notified and any payment received will be refunded.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, customers within the European Union may have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at shop@fbyelin.com before returning any item.

Your message should clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and the products you wish to return.

Returns sent without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that returned items are adequately packaged and returned in good condition.

We reserve the right to make deductions for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the product.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@fbyelin.com as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the item.

Products must not be returned without prior contact and approval.

Where a claim is accepted, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

8. Product Information

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, devices, and display calibration. Minor variations between product images and the delivered product may therefore occur.

All measurements are approximate and slight variations may occur.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information provided when placing an order is used solely for the purpose of processing orders, customer service enquiries, and services directly related to your purchase.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve the matter amicably. Customers in Sweden may also refer disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)
